Eagle Claims uses the Origami Risk Claims and Risk Management Reporting System. This system is ranked # 1 four years in a row from Advisen RMIS review. Different employers and the people in them need different information. That’s why Eagle Claims Management does not have a set of Standard Reports. Instead, we create the reports that you want and need – customized just for you. And we deliver them when and how you want them, whether in text or chart format – via fax, email or web.

Each client is granted access to their data through a secure website log-in, which allows clients to:

  • Create and view a custom dashboard report for each client user
  • Report claims and review adjuster notes online
  • Create customer-specific drop down lists for location, department or shift reporting
  • Allows clients to do OSHA recording and recordkeeping
  • View payment information
  • View frequency of injuries by type and source
  • Download data in HTML, PDF or Excel formats
  • Print and view check registers
